WMB Childcare Wins Gold Healthy Smile Award at Manchester City Council's Early Years Celebration
We are absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news — WMB Childcare has been awarded the Gold Healthy Smile Award, recognised by Manchester City Council at their Early Years Celebration Event held last Friday.
Being invited to this special celebration alongside fellow early years providers across Greater Manchester was a privilege in itself. To leave with the Gold Award made it a truly unforgettable occasion for our whole team.
What Is the Healthy Smile Award?
The Healthy Smile Award is a recognition programme led by Manchester City Council that celebrates early years settings who demonstrate outstanding commitment to children’s oral health and overall wellbeing. Achieving the Gold standard reflects consistent, high-quality practice embedded into daily nursery life — from healthy eating habits to age-appropriate oral hygiene routines.
It’s not a tick-box exercise. It’s a genuine reflection of the care, thought, and effort our practitioners put in every single day.
