WMB Nurseries Recognised as Inclusion Friendly Settings
WMB Childcare is proud to celebrate a wonderful achievement across our nurseries.
We are delighted to announce that WMB Winstanley Day Nursery, WMB Born2Win Day Nursery, WMB Born2Reign Day Nursery, WMB Hillcity Day Nursery, and WMB Carisbrook Day Nursery have been recognised as Inclusion Friendly Settings, earning the Dingley’s Promise Mark of Achievement.
This recognition celebrates our ongoing commitment to creating inclusive, welcoming and supportive early years environments where every child is valued, respected and supported to reach their full potential.

Celebrating Inclusion Across WMB Childcare
At WMB Childcare, inclusion is not simply a statement. It is a commitment that is embedded into our daily practice, our relationships, and the experiences we provide for every child and family.
We believe that every child has unique strengths, abilities and needs. Our approach focuses on understanding each child as an individual, removing barriers to learning, promoting a strong sense of belonging, and ensuring children have access to the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
Working Together to Support Every Child
Our dedicated nursery teams work closely with parents, carers and professionals to provide a nurturing, responsive and supportive environment where children feel confident, recognised and included.
We are passionate about creating settings where diversity is celebrated, individual differences are respected, and every child is empowered to develop, learn and achieve.
A Proud Moment for Our Nurseries
This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication and inclusive ethos shown by our teams across WMB Childcare every day.
A heartfelt thank you to our children, families, team members and wider community for being part of this journey. Together, we continue to strengthen our commitment to providing an inclusive early years experience where every child is welcomed, every child is understood, and every child is supported to reach their potential.
