Wise1ne HRMS App Usage

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wise1ne Human Resources Management System (HRMS) (“App”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are employees, staff members, administrators, and third-party entities.

User Responsibilities

Users are required to accurately clock in and out for shifts, manage and allocate shifts responsibly, request annual leave in accordance with company policies, and adhere to all other functionalities provided by the App. Users must ensure that all personal and employment details are accurate and up-to-date.

Monitoring and Privacy

The company reserves the right to monitor all activity on the App for the purposes of ensuring compliance with company policies, improving functionality, and ensuring security. All data collected through the App will be handled in accordance with the App’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate your access to the App without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or other unauthorized use of the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

Copyright Notice

All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of the company or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from the company.

Breach of Use and Consequences

Any misuse of the App or breach of these Terms may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to termination of employment, legal action, and civil liability

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of the company used in the App are trademarks or registered trademarks of the company or its affiliates.

Amendments to Terms

The company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
