My name is Bukola Bamgbade, and I have been working at WMB Born2Win for the past two years. I have worked in the childcare sector for over 20 years, a career I truly love. I hold a degree in Psychology and a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

I am passionate about supporting children’s development and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore and learn. I particularly enjoy observing how children grow, build their independence, and achieve their milestones.
